Our company is geared towards success. A consistent company policy that is both market- and customer-orientated is an integral part of the business policy of the Arntz Optibelt Group. All employees of the Arntz Optibelt Group are fully aware of the fact that the existence and further development of the company is only secure if our customers are satisfied and continue to provide us with their orders. We can only have satisfied customers when we supply them at all times:
· | with the product quality that has been agreed upon, |
· | at the correct time, |
· | to the correct location, |
· | with the exact amount, |
· | at competitive prices, |
· | with the best services, |
· | within the framework of a long-term planned business relationship. |
We do not just support our customers at anytime when determining the requirements with our knowledge and ability, but also our suppliers. The quality of our products and services is dependent on us working in a flawless manner in all areas. In doing so, our most important principle is to avoid errors instead of rectifying errors or rejecting faulty products. The employees are one of the crucial factors with regards to the success of the company. Optibelt has motivated, qualified as well as quality-conscious employees who work together in a trustful manner.
Our company policy can be found in its general and concrete valid manner in the QMS Handbook. Our policy is directed towards all company areas and is binding for all employees without exception.
Our company policy contributes towards:
· | encouraging the quality awareness of all employees, |
· | to maintain and further develop a quality management system that involves modern, uniform and compatible methods and techniques in compliances with safety and environment al protection standards/guidelines, |
· | optimising quality costs, |
· | introducing / further developing process monitoring in our companies and of our suppliers, |
· | ensuring the satisfaction of our customers. |
With the successful construction of a management system that provides high quality standards in all company areas and part sectors, the Arntz Optibelt Group managed to achieve an important self-defined objective back in 1994: With regards to structure, all production facilities were in line with and were certified in accordance with the famous DIN ISO 9001 Standard. In 2000 the restructure to the new process-orientated DIN EN ISO 9001:2000 Standard was successfully carried out.
In order to live up to the demands of the automotive industry, in 2005, the management system for the facilities in Höxter and Bad Blankenburg was extended. Subsequently, the facility in China was re-organised according to the requirements of ISO/TS including an approved certification.
Certification in accordance with the TS 16949 Technical Standard was successfully achieved. In the described organisation of our management system, we set ourselves the objectives that the customers should be the group that primarily feels the advantage.
In the form of ideas and commitment, many company employees have contributed to the successful certification. Quality is not just a result of our certified quality system – this is only an instrument that confirms that we work in a structured, organised and protocolled manner. Even the control systems of early error recognition, cause analysis and remedial action that are described in the quality system will only be able to permanently increase the quality level in the event that the pretence and desire of each individual employee match the control systems.
